Under the hood · the data layers
Deterministic first. Then AI.
What runs while the store sleeps: 350+ integrations pull every source in; a master-data layer reconciles them under rules your data owners can see; every change passes maker–checker; only then does the AI work — on an ontology that knows what a store, a customer and a region mean to your business.
Private by design · runs inside your network
01 · 22:00 — Integrations
350+ integrations, one landing layer.
POS, ERP, WMS, HR, e-commerce, finance, mail, chat, spreadsheets — after close every source is pulled through its connector into one landing layer: raw, timestamped, untouched. Nothing is a truth yet.
what the connectors carry
- POS · ERP · WMS · HR · e-commerce · finance
- Files and exports where there is no API
- Raw and timestamped — the source is never edited
02 · 02:00 — Master data
One master-data layer.
Every record is matched to its master — this store, that SKU, that supplier — and reconciled under rules: one code per store, one supplier per SKU, one owner per region. Deterministic: the same inputs give the same answer every night, and each data owner can open their domain and see what passed, what was fixed, and why.
what the MDM layer holds
- Golden records · store, SKU, supplier, customer, region
- Match and validation rules — drafted by AIM, confirmed by your people once, versioned
- A data-owner view per domain · passed · fixed · held
03 · 04:00 — Maker–checker
Every change passes maker–checker.
A new SKU, a changed price, a merged customer, an AI draft — each is proposed by a maker and approved by a checker before it enters the master. Rules check first; what rules can't settle is held — coral — for the data owner. Nothing enters the map unapproved.
what the checker tests
- Maker proposes · checker approves — a rule or a person
- Mandatory fields · ranges · referential integrity · duplicates
- Held items queued to the data owner, with the reason
04 · 06:00 — AI on the ontology
The ontology is where the AI starts.
Master data plus the map of how your business uses each noun — store, customer, region, promotion — is the base layer the AI works on. It doesn't guess what a region is; it reads yours. So it can shape a dashboard for a role, draft the report a region head asked for, answer for one store — and write back through the same connectors, with your yes.
what the AI reads and writes
- Reads the ontology, not raw tables · 16% → 72% right on the same questions
- Dashboards, reports and answers per role, per noun — precomputed and cached, a read not a query
- Writes back through the same integrations — with your yes
06:00 — every night
Awareness.
Intention.
Momentum.
Awareness reads and drafts — integrations, master data, the map and the rules, confirmed by your people once. Intention is maker–checker. Momentum is the AI on the ontology, writing back. Deterministic first, AI on top — every night, inside your boundary.
See now · Decide fast · Move as one
Under the hood · the spec sheet
Awareness drafts it. Intention and Momentum run on it.
Everything the night reads becomes the map, the matches and the rules — drafted by AIM, confirmed by your people once. What runs from there is deterministic, audited, precomputed and cached, so the page is fast and the numbers are right.
Ingest
350+ connectors — APIs where a system has one, file and export watchers where it doesn't. Read nightly, after close.
Landing layer
Raw, timestamped, never edited. Every number downstream traces back to the source row it came from.
Master data
Drafted by AIM from what it reads: match rules, golden records, validation rules. Your data owners confirm once; versioned after that.
Maker–checker
Every write to the master and every action to a system passes it. The audit line records maker, checker, the rule and the reason.
Ontology
Nouns, links and how your business uses them — store, customer, region, promotion. Exportable in an open format; it stays yours.
Precompute
Every role's page and every number is computed after the night's checks pass. The morning page is a read, not a query.
Cache
Redis in front of the precomputed layer. Dashboards and the assistant serve from it, refreshed when the master changes.
Boundary
Your own servers, your own cloud tenant, or hosted by AIM single-tenant. Reads first; writes only with your yes.
Proof, not promises
A leading national retailer starts every morning on AIM.
Mondays were arguments
Two reports, two different numbers, forty minutes lost deciding whose was right.
We turned the lights on
Every till, target and shelf — reconciled overnight into one picture, shaped for each role.
Mornings start with a brief
Everyone opens the day knowing. Next: planning their reviews, rosters and hiring on the same truth.

We’ll introduce you directly when you’re ready — reference calls beat testimonials.
The platform
One body. Three capabilities.
Awareness
Answers: “What is actually happening?”
The senses — one live picture of everything you run.
AIM plugs into what you already have — sales, stock, planning sheets, conversations — and turns it into one picture, ranked by what needs you right now. Inside your business, and outside it.
Intention
Answers: “What are we going to do about it?”
The brain — plans that survive contact with reality.
Goals break into owners and daily actions. When the ground shifts, the plan re-works itself overnight — so the number on the wall is never three weeks stale.
Momentum
Answers: “Is it getting done — today?”
The hands — an AI assistant beside every role.
From the CEO to the store floor, each person gets a view — and an assistant — scoped to their decisions: answering questions, routing blockers, and capturing progress without another status meeting.

How we work — no big-bang transformation
The journey you just scrolled? That’s the rollout plan.
Phase 01
Awareness
Where every client starts
First, your business learns to feel. Everything you run, one live picture — in weeks.
- Nothing gets replaced — we connect what you already run
- Every role sees their own view, CEO to store
Phase 02
Intention
Then it learns to walk — planning moves onto the same truth.
- Reviews, rosters, vacancies and targets — one place, no decks
- Plans re-model themselves overnight as reality shifts
Phase 03
Momentum
Finally, it runs on its own — an AI assistant beside every person.
- Each morning: today's one priority, in plain words
- Blockers reach whoever can clear them — same hour
Each phase stands on its own — and earns the next.
The uncomfortable number
95% of enterprise AI pilots never reach production.
Most try to transplant a whole new brain on day one — too big, too far from the daily work, judged on demos. AIM grows a nervous system first: narrow, live, in weeks.
We start small
One step, live in weeks — not a moonshot promised for next year.
Your systems stay
AIM sits on top of what you already run. Nothing ripped out.
Production is the pilot
You judge AIM on your own numbers, in daily use — not a sandbox demo.
Partners beat DIY, 2 to 1
The same study found partnerships succeed twice as often as internal builds.

Built for the questions your CIO will ask
Your data stays yours
Never used to train anyone else's models — full stop. Private deployment available inside your own infrastructure.
Numbers a CFO signs
Every metric reconciles nightly against your source of truth — explainable, auditable, defensible in any review.
Role-scoped, hard boundaries
An associate sees their numbers. A manager sees their stores. The CEO sees everything. Same engine, hard boundaries.
No rip-and-replace
AIM connects to the systems you already run. If we part ways, your systems and your data are exactly where they were.
Don’t watch a demo. See your own business on AIM.
Bring a slice of your data to a working session. We’ll show your business starting to feel — your numbers, live on AIM — and exactly what Phase 1 would take.
